Vicki Houston has been named President of the Rotary Club of Windsor-St. Clair for the 2013/2014 Rotary year.  A Rotarian since 2010, Vicki has been actively involved in many facets of club operations, notably the New Generations committee and the Salvation Army Soup Kitchen.

Image“This year I am looking forward to continuing the work of Windsor-St. Clair Rotary both in the community and through our international projects,” she says.   Vicki is presently the Principal of Walkerville Collegiate Institute, and will be moving on to a position with the Greater Essex County District School Board in the fall as the Supervising Principal of Special Education.

The International Rotary Theme for this coming year is Engage Rotary, Change Lives.  Vicki intends to build upon this theme throughout the year.  “The focus for our club will be “Participate”,” she adds.  “When we have club members participate in our in wonderful projects, we change lives for people in Windsor and Essex County and other countries in the world.”

Vicki lives with her husband Peter of 23 years and her 19 year old son Jeremy in Windsor.
