Membership Committee
 
The role of this committee is to actively attract and engage members to make it possible for the Club to serve the community at home and around the world. The committee does this by:
  • organizing events leading to camaraderie and enhanced fellowship
  • making sure all members are involved in activities that genuinely interest them
  • prepare members for future roles to maintain a smooth leadership transition
  • invite members of the community who have the qualities of a good Rotarian
  • ensuring meetings are inviting and welcoming
  •  being a friend and mentor to new members
  • developing a plan to ensure membership development and retention efforts succeed
  • developing a membership action plan to improve membership satisfaction
